Mrs. Debra Scott

Kindergarten
I am proud to say that I am a third generation teacher, receiving my bachelor's and master's degrees from Concordia University. While living in New York and Illinois, I have been blessed to work with early childhood and elementary students. Knowing that children today often face many challenges, I am thankful that I teach in a Lutheran school where prayer and forgiveness can be shared without a second thought. I believe each child is unique and wonderfully made by God! Teaching primary-aged students is an exciting adventure as they develop a strong academic foundation that leads to future success. I also have a heart for the Deaf community and enjoy religious sign language interpreting. A favorite Bible verse of mine is 1 John 4:19, "We love because He first loved us."
